i-Page is a versatile, compact, cost effective, discreet on-site messaging system designed to assist the small to medium enterprises co-ordinate daily staff activities with speed and discretion. With i-Page you have the flexibility to send the same instruction to teams of staff, such as porters in a hotel, or to an individual employee, i.e. a cleaner in a supermarket, immediately and your instruction can be acted upon without delay. All such requests are co-ordinated from a single source saving you time searching for available staff to assist.

i-Page is a flexible radio paging system that can also integrate with property management systems and alarms to become more than a communication system, it immediately becomes a powerful monitoring device. In this mode i-Page can identify if a business critical system, such as a freezer in a hotel are not working within defined parameters and sends immediate notification to appropriate staff to recify the problem before it becomes detrimental to your business.

i-Page is designed to be as simple as possible to use, small enough to fit where you need it and flexible enough to work as an integrated communication and monitoring device.

The basic product consists of the following items: a transmitter - with integral encoder, including RS232 interface, webserver and 14 closing contacts, which enables you to link to your web browser and enables i-Page to link to alarm systems.

The system can support up to a maximum of one thousand pagers should you need it.

Product features

Web based text messages - i-Page supports a fully integrated web server. Using a standard browser allows you to easily send text messages to users and teams from any networked PC. The easy to use screen allows you to create free form text messages so you can send a variety of instructions based on what day-to-day activity you need completed.

Users and team messaging - i-Page allows you to call individual users and teams, this allows the right message to go to the right person at the right time. With paging you know your message is always sent, unlike other messaging options messages do not go to voicemail, or get diverted as a result of the recipient being engaged or on another call. This positive action ensures prompt responses, which improves efficiency, workflow and customer service.

Computer based messaging - i-Page can interface to any computer based alarm or monitoring system to provide instant alerts, alarm and status information. Messaging key staff dispersed right across your site ensures rapid corrective action.

Pull cord, button-push "person" activated alarm messaging - with up to 14 alarm inputs, i-Page can be integrated with a range of fire, security or personal assistance devices via a closing contact. If an alarm is triggered a pre-set message is sent to the relevant users or teams to ensure prompt action.
